SAVE THE RAINBOW
Big big BIG thanks to everyone who came along to the Joan of Arc show. It was a great night, and we really appreciate everyone who made the effort to come along. All the bands were awesome and we hope everyone enjoyed them as much as we did.
But now, some important news. Our beloved local venue The Rainbow is under threat. If you came to the JOA show, or if in fact you care about live music/independent venues at all, then please get involved and help save what is one of the finest venues in the Midlands.
In short: one nearby resident has declared the venue a ‘noise nuisance’, and as a result The Rainbow has been served with a noise abatement order, which could ultimately mean its closure.

For those of you not on Facebook, you can come down to the pub on Fri 19th June at 6pm to get the full story as well as The Rainbow’s response to the noise abatement order. I think this is going to turn into a protest of sorts, so please come along and show your support!
